Alberta Sweeprite is a multi-generational, family owned and operated business with a staff of six and has quickly become one of the largest parkade cleaning companies operating in Western Canada.
We do not cut your grass or shovel your snow. We don’t clean up garbage, graffiti or leaves from your grounds. We simply do not move labourers from one type of work to the next as the seasons change. Instead our staff is trained and dedicated towards only cleaning and maintenance of parkades and we are the only full service company doing so in Northern Alberta.
Our fleet of commercial Tennant brand sweepers and scrubbers exceeds ten units ensuring the work is always completed and our customers never experience the excuse of “broken equipment” when the notices to clear the parking areas have already been sent to tenants or owners.
The owner of Alberta Sweeprite has been maintaining parking areas for property managers since 2001 and is a Canadian military veteran who after starting this business following a tour of duty, continued to actively parade in the militia only retiring from the primary reserve force in 2015.
In 2016 we sponsored a Syrian refugee family by donating the accommodations for a period of one year. During the off season the family maintains an apiary in the County of Sturgeon and provides part of the harvest as a thank you gift to property managers and some board members of our contract sites. Additional honey surpluses have been provided in gift hampers to inner city students.
Alberta Sweeprite is actively engaged with several management companies and plans to introduce roof top bee hives and maintain them on behalf of the property with a pilot project hopefully to commence in the spring of 2017.
